Just an ordinary hotel? .....

You can take your pick of these amazing unusual hotel rooms at the Propeller Island City Lodge in Berlin, Germany.

With rooms that cater for anything for people who love amazing designs and a liking to live out a fantasy situation - of which some can be freaky to most people and others a dream come true!

With 42 unique rooms in total, it can be easy to see why this is one of the strangest and most wanted hotels in the world.

I have pictured some of the best ones here:

Gruft Room

Sleep in the coffins and even close the lids behind you, and when it creeps you out too much there is a bedspace in the labyrinth below.

Freedom Room

Sleep like you were in an actual prison cell with all the basic furnishings and a novelty escape hole.

Wrapped Room

A hilled floor containing 3 beds and a lift in the corner, is suppose to make you feel like your in an underground mine.

Upside Down Room

Here the furniture hangs from the ceiling and your bed is positioned in the floorboard area below the surface.

Flying Bed Room

This room has a slanted floor and the bed fixed to give an impression that your flying.

Mirror Room

Created in diamond shape the room is full of mirrors, that gives you the experience of living in a kaleidoscope.

****
These rooms below are not available to the public to reside in as they are used as a private area by the artist that designed them. However photo's and videos can be taken:

Symbol Room

Some of these look fantastic. It's a shame people stay in them, I'd prefer to walk round and explore them all! :-)
