TAILOR MADE HOLIDAYS OR ALL INCLUSIVE?

Over the years you've probably been on one if not more bad holidays that weren't to your liking? I know I have. Everybody is different and like different things don't they?

My husband is more of an All Inclusive Holidays person with all the facilities and food included so we don't have to worry about anything or plan ahead. Whereas I am one for a liking to explore the surrounds and find that lost little cafe tucked away in a corner somewhere that only the locals seem to know about, and not know which each day is going to bring.

Your typical resort is always going to have night time entertainment, spas, gyms etc which I'm not saying isn't a good thing, but the beauty of having a tailor made luxury holiday is it would give you that little bit more you know?

THE MYSTERY OF HAUNTED SAN-ZHI POD VILLAGE

All may look quite normal looking at the picture of San-Zhi Pod Village above. But work on these unusual buildings were abandoned due to a number of strange events that can only be explained to be haunted by spirits!

In an ideal spot by the sea in Northern Taiwan the original plan was it was going to be a futuristic style water themed resort. But tools were downed leaving even the locals with unanswered questions as to why?

Several suspicious accidents happened on the site which caused the sudden stop in construction. And the build was never started back up again. Now the pods have fell into a poor state with lack or should I say no ongoing repair or restoration. Many have fallen apart and roofs taken off. And with no one no longer monitoring the site a few people took advantage of making their temporary homes there.

In adding to the rumours of the site being haunted the locals say they believe the ghosts of the people who died there at work still roam the land and they won't step foot in there.

The whole thing was seen as a bit of a government cover up really and there is no knowledge of the architects name and apparently there was no more money to put into the project. It all remains a mystery of a potential gold mine left to rot and a fascination for curious tourists.

LONGING FOR A SAN FRANSISCO VACATION

The USA is a place I hope to visit one day and really explore. Being a lover of arts and culture San Fransisco would be right at the top of my list of states to visit first.
